Onana is ok, but we need to be identifying that type 2 years earlier and paying £5 or £10m and not £35m. Sign them, loan them out, and bring them in when ready.

The problem now is the need for extra bodies for fees we can afford trumps everything, and anything like a thought-out process is thrown out of the window. That means we have to compromise and that's what we'll see on deadline day. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

Well it’s good we’ve hired the perfect manager for that. Let alone an empowered DoF who seems to leverage connections across Europe and the americas for value signings. The thing is, when I think of Dyche’s track record in global scouting, development an sell on’s I see no reason to think we won’t be perfect for...

The fans judgement on a lot things have been massively off. Most wanted Lampard. Most were excited about Allan Doucoure Gomes Bernard Digne Siggurdson Mina joining.

Most thought that Vlasic Lookman Moise Kean were the types of clever recruitment we should be doing.

A lot were slagging DCL off before Ancelotti got hold of him

A lot of fans still think Michael Keane and Tom Davies are competent premier league footballers

A lot of fans though Denise was a decent CEO until the last couple of seasons
