I'm right in thinking we've dropped our price from 60 to 40 (add ons). I guess that's the upside down everton way of maximising profits.

A good deal for us but ultimately this represents a huge failure in how to manage a young, talented player.

AG bit blameless by any means but the club has failed again with this one.

Brought a young lad into the team and now sold him 18 months to a team challenging for Europe and pretty much in a final of a cup competition for a huge fee and massively increased wages.

Wheres the failure?

Most youth prospects will be looking at that runbing their hands in glee.

Absolutely fantastic business by Everton. Few more deals like that and we wouldn't be in this mess.

Nice but of business, his attitude has been lousy for most of the games since Palace at home.

Need to sign at least 3 before deadline but we're Everton so ge lucky to get 1

No doubt the coaching staff at Newcastle will develop him properly in a way that we simply are not set up to do, combine that with the team dynamics and positivity in the way they play there with high press and intensity and he'll probably do well for them.

I'm hearing Dyche is hoping to bring Ryan Fraser the opposite way?

COYB!

John.
