Who should replace Frank Lampard?

WE wont stay up with Dyche's 4-4-2 . Drawing your way to safety is the hardest route. I feel Bielsa would let in as many as he scored without massive player purchases. Hassenhuttl is just all wrong for us on lots of fronts. He is a bit of a cross between the two of them and would turn us into Poundland redshoite.

Maybe time to go down the Bournemouth or Brighton route... Bring in a young up and coming English manager from the lower league and also young players from the championship and lower.. Seems to go well for Bournemouth and Brighton

Why why why why why do they feel they have to have PL experience? All them managers linked have been sacked by teams in relegation battles

Bielsa seems the odds on favourite, not sure about his man for man marking all over the pitch, it will be football suicide....... it would be half decent with a good side let alone a team with the players we have.

?

Hopefully it works, but I`m sceptical....

Dyche would get his relegation hat trick with us...... took Burnley down twice.

Based on the position we’re in and the players we have available. IMO our squad suits a 442 and Dyche knows how to set up a 442. He’s also already based in the north west and knows some of our players well.
Isn't that how we ended up with the Fat Spanish Waiter?

Bournemouth are as likely to go down as us this year

Fundamentally it comes down to risk vs reward. By getting Dyche we’re minimising the number of factors at play - and therefore minimising the risk. Bielsa probably has the highest ceiling, but it’s absolutely plausible that we don’t win again with his kamikaze tactics being bedded in. That Arsenal game in particular could get really messy.

Completely agree that we should be considering wider targets too btw, but I just don’t think it’s likely. I’d love them to get some young European tactician I’ve never heard of.
