That's great, it doesn't mean this isn't a ridiculous simple and bad process.
obviously, I am not saying its the only reason he is going to hire him, but im just saying it will be a factor

why wouldnt bringing in a man of experience be seen as a good/beneficial thing?

taking experience into account is a perfectly normal part of any thought process when you bring someone in for any job wtf are you talking about?
 
He has way more managerial credentials than Lampard did when he became in the running for the job so anyone that was for Lampard can’t surely be too against this potential appointment. At this point I just don’t want Dyche tbh, would be soul crushing.
 
He can speak enough English to get by apparently. Just prefers to use a translator for interviews and detailed instructions so that nothing he says can be misunderstood. Probably quite wise actually.
 

Everton criticised for poor communication and they respond by appointing a man who can’t be arsed learning English. Suppose he knows the Championship well!
He speaks english but he dosen’t speak it perfectly so he prefers to use a translator to ensure that his words aren’t miss understood or wrong quoted by the media (which he hates btw).
