I would hate to think that simply sacking Frank is thought of at board level will placate the fans and shift attention from this utter shambles. Frank is a short term issue compared to the long term (20years+) problem including ownership, direction and club culture

Absolutely.

The decision to stick with an ineffective manager through the most crucial run of fixtures of the season against direct relegation competition and into the critical transfer window is inexcusable. At the latest this should have been done following the Bournemouth debacles which would have allowed time to bring in a new manager and plan for the rest of the crucial stretch of matches as well as the transfer window during the WC.

If we are relegated this run against Bournemouth, Leicester, Wolves, Southampton and West Ham will be why. We got zero points and spotted each of them 3.

Inexcusable.

Useless shower. Wasted 2/3/4 games when Lampard was obviously finished here - when we go down it’s on them.

Ignoring the fact that he should have gone a month ago, and the impending sacking took almost the entire working day today - who actually thinks we have a shortlist ready to go? We take so long to do anything, despite this being so obvious for weeks now, I genuinely think there’s 0 plan of who next.
