If they are keeping him, he needs backing, if someone else comes in, they need backing. Thelwell has work to do and time is ticking. Shocking that we've wasted so much time at the start of both windows that could've potentially landed us more points if they'd acted.

That’s exactly what this club will do go from one manager who can’t win games to another, but I wouldn’t touch Moyes either, football has moved on and he hasn’t as proving with West Ham
