Not true, been widely reported that we are out of that phase. Given that this season will be replacing 18/19 on the P&S cycle, a season that we made a 107M non COVID related losses, there are no rules or regulations stopping us from investing heavily, but as above, we don't have the money in the bank.
 

Today was the same old problem. Nothing much changes. The squad morale is at its lowest and has now spread to the defenders. Upfront needs no explanation. All available candidates are useless as strikers or for anything else. The only bright spark was the excellent Onana. But he couldn't do it all on his own and is still a young player. I hate the RS, but if we had another leader like Henderson as a driving force it would make some difference.

what money in the bank? they spent 100 mil on lukaku and loaned him out for 10 mil
