I love having an articulate intelligent man at the helm for once - I really want Frank to succeed. But its just not working is it, not with this squad. He needs better players.

Thought we were evenly matched today and dead balls (of which we had nobody to take basically) made the difference, but there's only so many must-wins that you can lose before you're shown the door.

You can't go through the results we've had then face the bottom team at home, go 1-0 up and still go onto lose the game and have any hope of keeping your job.

I like the guy a lot, and maybe if he had ANY managerial track record I'd say give him time but there is no evidence he is a good manager. No team in the league would trade their manager for Frank Lampard.
