Neither of them are strikers or prolific enough…..we need strikers to get some goals in this team.

Oh and a decent playmaker too

can have as many strikers as you want, if you don't get the ball to them enough you won't score.

Look, Maupay's not great, but it's hardly like he's been getting tons of chances and missing them.

Danjuma has also scored 22 goals in all comps in the last 18 months. 6 this season.

I do not agree. McNeil, Gordon, Gray, Townsend. They don’t score nor create enough.

And Danjuma plays as a striker this season.

We currently have wingers that don't score or create and they need to pressure from players like this to push them on, or you will just continue to get players who are inconsistent and know they will start most games regardless of form. Two wingers and a striker, would make a massive difference and it would soon answer the debate of is Frank the right manager.

Sorry... what!? ? We have nearly the same number of wingers in the squad as we do strikers.

Every position across that front line needs reinforcing and improving.

Then we are good to go. There is no excuse for FL not to win the home games and he must keep us up.

Striker will probably be the Diaz lad from Blackburn.

yeah fair enough, I get what you mean. He is what he is - a decent wide forward with pace. Definitely more of a consistent goal threat than our other wingers but probably not the answer to the creativity issues.

I haven’t seen enough of him to know if danjuma is that type of player but even someone with decent movement and the ability to commit people would help with creativity. We just have so little of anything to open the game up, anything will help.

But that means. Gray and Gordon on the bench or Elanga , I get danjuma going on his form last season, but I don’t get Elanga who wasn’t great v Charlton last night. I think we need one wide player one forward
