If he had nothing to prove, he'd spend his winter in sunny CA with his feet up. He has to prove that he can cut it at the top level for a reasonable length of time.
Robbie Keane, on the other hand, went to MLS because he didn't have much to prove.
 

i think deep down he wants to prove himself in prem after his failed time in germany, but on the other hand he sees it as his mission to improve the state of the mls - tough on him cos i think that he could do it, but he does definitely have a point to prove

Grant Wahl is an idiot. In the last 2 years, I think only one Everton league match has been unavailable on tv in US. He acts like us on tv here is a rare occurance.

Here is his goals from the first half of this last season. It left out the second half of the season. 2:40 is the best one imo.

I don't think that's how he meant it at all. He knows the games are available, he's waiting with baited breath like the rest of us for the LD vs BF game and hope it's one that Ian Darke and Steve Mcmamamananaaman are covering.
