Who should replace Frank Lampard?

We are way past the stage of prizing a thomas frank/graham potter from an established premier league club at the minute.

We need to be making these progressive appointments in the first place.
Shouts for these managers are just delusional, you need to get them before anyone is even talking about them, Everton is no draw for Frank, not now, Potter showed that by hanging on for Chelsea.

Moyes was a great apointment, thats what we have to do again, spot an unknown

Thomas frank wouldn't work here end of reason being at Brentford from top to bottom the club is aligned all pulling in the same direction if he came here the board above him wouldn't give him a stable base to work from there lies the problems

The difference was Brighton were a club who actually spend big money despite common myths that they sign all their players for peanuts.

Brentford dont spend much and will have a glass ceiling.

If EFC offered a hefty salary and promises of a long term project and backing I think we could tempt T. Frankel tbh.

That might very well be true. But at least we'd be trying with a genuinely good coach. Our current problem is - as you say - our board is dysfunctional and our manager is, well, a punt.

Appointing Thomas Frank would be an actual Everton thing to do, because it’s clearly the wrong decision.

Thomas Frank is part of an actual footballing structure at Brentford, the owner has a valid idea on how the club operates.

He literally had 1 “major” job before Brentford but for some reason he’s an amazing manager

They dont though. Thats a myth created by you. Their record transfer fee was the lad from salzburg who's just retired. 20m. Their highest ever spend in one season was 62m in 2019 on 10 players. They dont spend big in premier league terms at all.

Im sure their net spend is higher than ours.

True but let's not forget Marco silva is on the same points tally he wasn't good enough either
