Who should replace Frank Lampard?

You and I both know that numbnuts Moshiri won’t look twice at Poch, he’d have been in charge last season if he had
Fully agree to approach Poch if available but the likelihood of him being attracted seems low given his likely other options, the financial state of EFC and fate of our recent managers, in part at the hands of seemingly self destructive portions of our own fanbase

Sack the fans is a cracker lol I'm in
Either some sort of training in general resilience / positive thinking or an overhaul (swapping out existing fans for new) - or a combination of the two - could make a big difference to the club I think - certainly much bigger than the sacking of any one manager

No doubt in the medium future we will have AI fans so this could very well come to fruition.

Exactly and look what happened.

Saying categorically one way or another is folly as no one knows until we make an approach.

By the sounds of tings come next summer there should be funds there and lets not forget Kean will likely be sold and a few squaddies off the books, question marks over Star Boi and potentially Pickford.

Promise Poch a 5 year project and get him in I say.

If anything we might need the army in if this carries on.

I’m not the only one on here to highlight this

It could be that some are so deep in a tribal mindset that they haven’t stepped back to consider if and how they might be a part of the problem - have you tried that?
Sack and swap the fans you suggest..
I can safely say its one of the most bizarre things I have ever read on here .

The fool on the hill

The players and staff are working very hard with order and discipline

Yet there are thousands sitting round the pitch, contributing a relatively small amount of funding yes, and some positive support, but also in some ways doing little to add value and in some cases actively pulling the club down - I’m not the first to observe that

The fans play a key role in setting the short termist culture - singling out and blaming manager after manager, rather than seeing their own lack of resilience as a key part of the problem

There is much room for improvement in the fanbase, but requires some to start taking responsibility for that - you could be one to help lead the change?
