Worst run club at top tier in Europe. got so lucky last season. real luck , crowd and performances of richarldson and pickford kept us up.

Bringing in cody and taroski was the min asked for defense. I couldn't understand the mcneil, Maupay buys after selling richy. I was thinking why are we buying utter crap again. a lad who couldn't get on a Brighton team and a utter waste of space.

yet people were replying to me at the time... re spread the goals around. add to to the panel , their decent players etc and I was thinking , wow some people have their heads in the clouds. we had enough championship players who nearly brought us down and no we are adding to it while selling our best. it's what we have done since moshiri and bill have been in charge.

Christmas present is to fly the whole family over again for Brighton. I have a feeling I won't be doing that next year to watch Plymouth argyle beat us. club is run by a bunch of clowns, managed by yet another broken man, and represented by the biggest bunch of marshmallows. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Well at least everyone else lost lol
Yeah, we are back in looking for favours from other teams mode again. Hopefully there are the worse sides than us, but our luck is gonna run our one day.

The huge concern I have is every other side, including absolute dross like Southampton or forest, look to have better movement and workrate from their front players than us. Even the Leeds players against city were making runs and dragging defenders about the pitch, without getting the ball - we just don’t do that.

Our attacking play and movement has been abysmal all season, aside from the palace game - it absolutely killed us against wolves.

We have very little quality and an inexperienced young manager. We only stayed up last season by dint of the fact that we got behind the players every second of those final six home matches. That’s why we were beating the likes of Chelsea; we didn’t get those wins thanks to talent or tactical acumen.

The worst run club in Europe would not be building what will be one of the best stadiums in the country in one of the best locations.

Leeds getting beat at least.

Theoretically we're one of 8 teams (up to Leicester) who could take the drop. But the form guide probably has us about one in four teams fighting it out to survive.

That said: how many of those 7 teams around us have been playing with no attackers all season?

If we can get a couple of attackers in we could get well clear of this mess.

I dont care who we have to sell to get them in, but just do it.
Wolves. Their forward done his ACL in his first game. Now they have a fella from Athletico Madrid. Yeah the price is daft for him but I think he will be very good for them.
Costa is the equivalent of Rondon. Clearly past it.

Leeds have enough about them as do Leicester.
If Toney gets suspended for the rest of the season they could be dragged in.

However realistically it’s going to be us, Southampton, Forrest and Bournemouth. My fear is that Forrest team full of new players suddenly clicks and goes on a run.

By the same token those other teams around us will know that what we lack could be resolved in January and we start converting chances and racking up points.

I haven't read anything on this thread but i suspect you Evertonions are getting a bit worried ?

Having just googled your last relegation( of only 2) in 50/51 season most of you will have never experienced it.

If you do go down it's not the end of your world. I say this having witnessed City being relegated from the top flight four times and once to the depths of the old third division. Getting relegated and visiting new grounds and grounds you haven't been to for years is an eye opener and often fun, especially when you're winning and on the up.

I hope you don't go down but if you do it might transpire to be a good thing because watching Everton underperforming isn't good viewing right now.

Good luck in staying up though ?
