Tarkowski has done fine in most games alongside Coady, McNeil however just seems a bit lost at this level, nobody is quite sure what he really is. There has been the odd flash of something but he just isn't up to it at this level imo.

McNeil has technical talent but really don't know what position is best for him, also never seen a more one footed player

Tarkowski had poor game against Wolves but has otherwise been dependable.
McNeil is just the definition of ordinary.
