Wakey wakey mate. Time to put the turkey on. ;)

We’re in full swing here, Sir. Blinis and smoked salmon mousse smashed, presents opened and Turkey is nearly done.

Little walk to the MIL’s once it’s out and then back to finish up dinner, eat it and then have a rewarding, open-mouthed sleep on the couch.

Hope you’re enjoying your day mate.

Washed and spruced up and ready to go to the neighbours in 30 minutes. ;)

Awesome mate. I realise it must be a tough time for you but always great to see how you’re making the best of life.

Will crack a virtual beer with you later on. About to embark on the walk to the MIL’s. Should sober me up a bit at least…

Happy Christmas to everyone who contributes to this lovely thread. I've heard it said that Internet friends are not real friends. This is so not true There are many folk who inhabit the corridors of GOT who I look upon as friends and who I care about.. I hope you all have a wonderful day. For those of you experiencing loss, grief or tough times, I wish you happiness.

Christmas Dinner is well on target. We had the usual bacon butties and Bucks Fizz breakfast. Then had coffee lmade with Baileys so feeling quite chilled already.

Much love Angela xx

Beautiful, well maybe not the bacon butties ( the only keat I really miss ) . Have a wonderful day lovely lady. X

I see Wednesday Addams has totally taken over the Internet. Not like an old fart like me to be ahead of the curve on such things.

Here's a post from 3 weeks ago in the TV series thread.

If you haven't watched the series (on Netflix) I highly recommend. It's ostensibly a kids program but is good fun. ;)
It is very good! I watched the first few episodes, still need to finish the rest.

Merry Christmas to all of the wonderful folks on this thread!! Here is to Karl...for being such a lovely man who came into our lives and made them better!! :)

No cold weather here, so I'm happy. I've been on my own the past few days, but my son and his father will be arriving from California shortly. For dinner, we'll be having prime rib, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, garlic asparagus, and maybe mac n' cheese. Along with some sourdough bread to soak up the rest. lol

I may or may not bake holiday desserts later...could be brownies and some chocolate candy.

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday!
