Seriously though I don't wanna slag off a fella showing his emotions but Ronaldo, a 37 year old, who all the young lads will look up to, was focussed on his own legacy rather than trying to be there for his younger teammates. You have to lead in defeat as well as victory.
Each to their own. He's always been an arrogant person, which hasn't really bothered me, but his actions in the past few months have really soured my view.
His recent behaviour at United, the interview and the whole petulance for his international team (should be above that) paint a picture of a nasty attitude.
A bit of magnanimity, especially as the international captain at a WC, isn't too much to ask; trying to look after your teammates isn't unrealistic.
