I actually didn't watch the whole match, I did watch highlights and saying they should have scored 6 is a misunderstanding of how often shots go in.

You can’t have a stat for ‘how often a shot goes in’ that’s not how football works.
Ronaldo one on one just now had a good possibility of scoring, me taking a pot shot from 40 yards is less likely.
England created quality chances so could’ve had more than 3/6
