The last time he tried his methods at West Brom they failed and he was relegated. Big Sam has a 7 point plan for clubs when he goes to them, its the same thing he has used for years. The game has changed and moved on whereas Sam hasn't, his methods don't work anymore due to teams wanting to play the high press, it just invites trouble and will always lead to mistakes.
