I've binged watched the first 2 series of Happy Valley the weekend as never saw it first time around, new series starts soon, excellent acting from tge cast and Halifax looks very nice place

Not a series but stumbled across the Louis Van Gaal documentary on Amazon. Thought it was quite decent. Comes across as arrogant in a way but I suppose that’s what’s required to manage the teams he has. Also the way United treated him was poor, but I guess that’s the cut throat business at the elite teams.

The outskirts and moorland just outside Halifax, is beautiful.

The centre, not so good.

Well, there's a wander down memory lane, ITV3 (uk) just broadcast the first 'Cracker' double, it's a touchstone in British Drama (I expected Tutti Frutti tbh) being shown to commemorate Coltrane. Appears each double is shown nightly from here on. Top viewing. Enjoy...

Season 1 was good, but somebody on reddit said "literally, they put crack in the episodes" and I can only agree, its a masterpiece.
