I think moshiri has done some good stuff and some bad. The worst thing was sacking allardyce as the club could have been fighting Europe instead of relegation right now.

Critical moment for me was sacking Silva, the dude had it, the summer transfer window before his sacking unravelled us, Brands poor performance did Silva in my opinion, left him short at centre back and midfield and a list of players as long as your arm who would never contribute to the club.

Silva proved year 1 here and at Fulham, he knows his stuff.

Spot on, but some of our fans still think that was right, it's as if they have flat out refused to look at the table since.

Id expect any potential buyer would meet in the middle, give a bit and Moshiri writes down a bit, ultimately it will be baked into the sale price.

I suspect they will start with the price they are willing to pay for the club, with the new stadium and other potential developments that can be added to around it, then subtract cost of capital to build, and subtract the debt. That figure will not be that high. Farhad will do well to make his stake by IMO, but at least he gets some of what is owed back, and doesn't keep losing money.

If you want to mortgage to the hilt and milk an asset, Liverpool and United are a good option.

Fixed. Let's hope it happens.

Be a few depleting factors for Moshiri in negotiations mate, his debt, remaining stadium costs, loss making, high cost business and likely capital required for the next few years to keep the business going, cover its losses and pay its liabilities.

In his favour The Everton name, PL football inflation and appreciation, new ground eventually, Goodison site, squad of sellable assets, guaranteed 160-180 mill annual turnover provided we stay in the league.

They will be in and around the two negotiation positions, in terms of coming up with a price.

Moshiri if he does sell isn’t getting anywhere near his investment. He’s selling a wounded bird, possibly on the mend in business terms. But he’s taking a big haircut if he sells and basically putting his hands up and admitting hes failed and cutting his losses.
