TV Series

Finished Andor last night.

Usually find the Star Wars stuff hit or miss, this was OK.
Think I agree with some of you that the prison episodes were the best, would deffo have watched a full series of that tbh!

On to have my head mangled by 1899 next.
Loved Dark, but that last series of it completely lost me. Going back and re-watching earlier episodes only made things more confusing lol
Hi bren.

Couple of episodes in to 1899.

Boy are they going in heavy with the symbolism and synchronicities huh?

The triangle symbols everywhere (the one with the strikethrough is a pagan symbol for earth), the pyramids, golden scarabs, two ships named after greek myths (Prometheus who gave enlightenment to the mortals and Kerberus [Cerberus] guard dog of the gates to hell/hades), the passengers who all seem to be running away from something and certain room numbers all ending with 101 (Room 101 from 1984 maybe? Facing your worst fears and all that)
Loads of other strange 'blink and you'll miss it' moments in there as well.

I'm suitably intrigued so far.

Not a series as such, but with last weeks snooker, folded into the rugby and now a smorgasbord of football on, it's been a quality few weeks of sports on the box. Gonna be badly crap when its back to squeeky bum time in the league.

Two episodes in and I`m struggling tbh.

It`s not a patch on Dark.

The attention to detail and sets are very good, it just seems a bit too muddled, with loads of differnt plot lines, due to the diverse set of characters.

It’s light relief, after just finishing Gangs of London !
I guess if you think back to Dark there was about 6 versions of the same character running around
