Some of the fans were treated badly but they have all been part of operation brush our fan behaviour under the carpet again.

If estimates using public transport data is anywhere near correct then the fact that at least 20,000 over capacity were in the area then it is a miracle nobody was seriously hurt.

They murdered 39 people at a footbal match and now they're claiming compensation for getting a sore throat from tear gas - aimed at them to stop them rioting inside a stadium hosting a European Cup Final again.

They are utterly 'kin despicable.

I mean, what are the optics like on this for that fan compensation claim? A compo claim concernng a European Cup final event where no serious injury happened and with the backdrop of Heysel?

How completely bereft of empathy do you have to be to bang in a claim in that context?

They are the lowest of the low. Utter 'kin scumbags. That's blood money if they get it. Pure and simple.

2 lads in my street had 100 fakes between them. Also bragging about them taking their family of 5 to Wembley last season on fakes.

Even with those fans locked outside in Paris the Isles in the Liverpool end where full of them.

It'll happen again and again.

UEFA at least have to make sure none of their finals are ever again left defenceless against the Kopite hordes. They need to have multiple check points on the route to a stadium to filter their rioters out before they ever get to a stadium in their thousands.

If that happens then this November report will have been worthwhile.

Liverpool FC's fans are a danger to safety in and around grounds.
