lollol

Why do us Evertonians have to wait so long to fine out which way these knife edge debates go.

"Moshiri is a fraud" wait until; Sept 1st

"Dan Meis is a liar" wait until; date unknown

The perils of being a blue.

Burnt too long and too hard by the likes of Kenwright, Johnson etc. It's only natural - for me, I'm very happy the fanbase is generally cynical. Best way to be.

Oh to have a Delorian.

This is a gargantuan issue though and this running track could prove to be a huge issue.

Ofcourse this can also be co-operated (by efc and LLC) plan to get the games in the first place. Peeps who decide it.....Birmingham or Liverpool will be lookin at this letter too

No. More like he'll keep his potential paymasters sweet and that'll be job done.

As said though: let's see his designs. He has them presumably. It's all he seems to have been focussing on for 6 months.

Let the club and him provide us with their vision.

Not much to ask is it?

If that was his motivation I don't see why he'd have spent so much time and effort communicating and socialising with fans.

I understand the concerns, but would he have come out with barefaced lies on social media just to tide us over until the plans are out, which would result in the backlash to end all backlashes? Can't see it myself

Not to mention why a much respected architect would tell blatant lies

You think some designer on the other side of the world who you hadn't heard about until six months ago is safe to trust?

He's a businessman mate. He'll say and do anything to get the gig.

Let's see what he's been working on and then we can see for ourselves whether he 'wont commit the mistakes of others'.

He's American not Australian Dave, America isn't the other side of the world unless your living in the middle of the Indian ocean

As for the architect he designed one of American football's most iconic stadiums, hardly an unknown chancer lol

...and let's see them quickly.
We'll see them when their ready to present them. Calm down , put the pitchfork back in the shed , blow out the flaming torch. Settle down with a good book (I recommend Moby [Poor language removed] by Herman Melville if you haven't already read it), and concentrate on welcoming the imminent arrival of Sandro Ramirez to our great club. It's the weekend, relax. ;)

Should of gone for Trevor Skempton!!

Listening to The BlueRoom the other day that Dave Donnie said he knew people who had seen the stadium designs and that they were really really impressed by them. Was he lying? I don't know, but is the theory that this is still being designed or is it designed and other issues are holding up the release.

Also, does anyone know the anticipated construction time? When did Spurs put a 'spade in the ground'?

I can. He can dispel it though by getting together with the club to deliver asap the vision for the stadium.

2014. Taking four years, about the average I believe.

So 2021/22 reasonable estimate for us.
