Can someone explain to me what this term is and if it is in any way derogatory?
Seen someone get called it and laughed at for being a "shirty".
I my self go to the match in my Everton shirt and scarf near enough most weeks, always have.

So can someone tell me if this is wrong and what exactly this term even means?
