It completely screws with your sleep patterns. If the games were all at 1 or 2 then I'd just stay up every night, but when its 3 and 5am in the morning its not really worth staying up till that hour, especially with uni. Its damn irritating trying to get to sleep after a big win, because you're just sitting in bed buzzing. Having said that, I do love watching Everton so its always worth the effort. Apart from the last derby ffs, it was on at like 7 so i spent the whole day in such a mood, it was poisonous.
