there is a big dance scene at the end, but the rest is basically the start x 100, and the bit with the fat man

This was a great film, even if it went from lone master samurai kicks ass to tragic story of abuse to comedy and back to master samurai before ending with an inexplicable dance routine.

Well worth a watch.

Takeshi Kitanos class remake of a classic Japanese film and tv series.

Was departure from his usual films...which are usually ultra violent cops or yakuza films and the odd comedy.

He was a stand up comic to start off with, and did lots of games shows...remember Takeshis Castle? That's him.
