Player Valuation 10p
Given that we have huge potential in our youth system, and a 'great scouting set up', is it value for money?

It would be nice to know the financial outlay in all of this and the returns?

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not implying that it's all financial as I realise the gains of employing people locally in this system, i.e, groundstaff , caterers , construction, etc......

Where are we given the players actually coming through?

Lately Ross and his implications of 'potential'? (the 'only' one to actually come through in how many years of late?)

Niasse and the 'old' scouting system, (potentially costing us 25m +?)

Do we 'import' more and is our system as good as we think?

...'great scouting system' - buying John Stones for £3m and selling him for £50m covers a few costs.

This imagine.

Then think of Coleman, and then maybe Holgate in the future if we were to sell these players!
