Be aggressive.
Don't press where they can't hurt you. I.e stay compact.
Win / dominate your first tackle / dual.
Pass forwards.

I realise that is all tactical but I think it's far better than "RUN HARDER" or "DO IT FOR THE FANS".

Like this, especially passing forwards, remember when Moyes had the philosophy that passing it long gives you 50/50 chance and you are in the oppostions half.
