Haha yeah, None of the top teams around the world play 2 up top anymore but EFC would win things if moyes would just stick two up top... 4-5-1/4-4-1-1/4-2-3-1 there all variations of the same and we along with several successful teams play a variation of it.

Moyes played no strikers, won nothing, then Spain did it and won the European Championship.

If you had Wayne Rooney as your second striker as Utd do, you get away with calling it a 442 because of the work he does. Instead we have Tim Cahill who's past it.

To add to that... England were trying similar/same as utd in euro's with Rooney and wellbeck and they were woeful

Signs Rooney on FIFA, Everton become ace again. FFS.

Reckon people get carried away with their 1's here and there with formations. Some players get extra roles that's all like, but the basic 4 4 2 is usually the blueprint.
