Hi i have the hotel and plane tickets booked already in anticipation!I've been hearing these worrying stories about Everton leaving Goodison so i decided i need to take in a match at the old lady because it won't be the same watching Everton somewhere else.Im planning to see the Sunderland match on May 9th and im torn between sitting in the Park End or the Lower Gwladys Street End.But an occassion like this is a special day for any blue to be remembered forever. So i'd like to hear other Everton supporters memorys of their first trip to Goodison.Did we win?Did we lose? Was it a great match? How early did you get up that morning in anticipation of the day ahead?Im interested in hearing any detail about every Everton supporters special day big or small.

I wouldn't worry too much mate. You'll be able to get a fair few matches in before it happens.

You can choose your team Deggo, but you can't choose your family;):D

Tell me about it mate,it's not just me arl fella either, the lot of em are

It was down to the fella next door I'm a blue,he gave me and old blue and white striped scarf when I was a kid,an Evertonian was born, bitter as they come :D
Same as. my old fella was a red so a mate of his who was a teacher took me to watch us play Leicester 1-1.Sat in the main stand top balcony 3rd row near the PARK END. 1971 I think. been coming ever since

It wouldn't happen now,my kids are blue I made sure of that, the missus family are all reds too

FA Youth Cup Final 1983, think we lost against Norwich City.... loved it all the same. Every game creates new memories, you'll love it. Don't go in the Park End, though, it might not have obstructed views but it doesn't have the same feeling as the rest of the ground.
