Live near to 3 current All Blacks, it's not really a "claim to fame", NZ's such a small place and they have no egos about them, you wouldn't even call them celebrities if you see them down the street in their trackies, yet they're world champions and the best in the world at their trade.

stood next to Jennifer Ellison in cronton chippy in college. she ordered fish, chips, mushy peas and a can of fanta

Mate I'd call it a claim to fame! Which all blacks? I once shook Jonah Lomu's hand when I was 15 and playing rep rugby in NSW. I swear i didnt want to wash my hand ever again but I was 15... Needed to wash it 3 times a night FFS.

Haha it's really not that's difference between footballers and rugby players I guess, well over here anyway, down to earth.

Jason Eaton (not in the frame atm) plays a bit of social cricket for our club, as does number 1 centre in the world Conrad Smith. Beudan Barrett I know well through friends, really good kid, going to be a superstar.

Nice! I love Conrad Smith. I'm a proud Australian and all... but I can't stand the Wallabies and am a big All Blacks fan. My older brother lived in Wellington and poisoned my mind when I was young.

i know what you mean about the down-to-earth thing.. I've met a score of Rugby League players in Sydney.. no big fuss.

I work with Wayne McDonald who used to captain Scotland at Rugby League, and also with the actor Jason Clarke's brother.
Kav Temperley also apologised for stalking me.
And if your not from Australia, you will probably need to use wikipedia to find out who they are.

I beat the man on the front cover of this weeks/months Martial Arts magazine for the Intercontinental Belt, in a back garden wrestling match about 18 years ago

I went shopping with Noel Gallagher.

My old man booked The Beatles for a gig, (so he says.)

Tom Ritchie, (Sland & Bristol City) is my postie.

Me and me mates from our footy team were pictured in the Football Echo at a training session in town. I couldn't have looked any gayer with the pose i was doing. Hands on hips and foot on the ball is not a good look.
