* Ive gone for JT cause he is still the best CB for England and i cant help but think Roy will force him to come out of retirement an play the WC. If he doesnt then id probab bring in Rio for his experience (like for like). Imo this team has the perfect blend of youth and experience. Also the good thing here is a lot of the forwards can play wide too (walcott and sturridge) so there is a nice balance.

firstly, its only 16 months from now. secondly, gerrard is captain so roy will pick him. also, what are your opinions of lampard? both are still quality players and if ther still doin it for ther clubs then age becomes irrelevant. and besides wilshere, please name me 2 quality cms who could take their place in the squad? yeah thts what i thought. thank you n good night.

I really hope both Gerrard and Lampard make the squad. Only because players like Ozil will rag them senseless. Honestly, if England's midfield hopes to win the world cup rely on those two, I'll laugh my cock off.
