Young players on loan.

As much as we would like to believe that players such as Vellios and Duffy are ready for the first team,I think we have seen in pre season that they are not...yet.
Duffy in particular I think needs to play a full season at championship level.I think he needs to play every week at a high level to gain the discipline and concentration that will help eradicate the silly mistakes that are in his game at present.I think that be this time next year he could be a very formidable defender but it won't happen if he is playing reserve football and getting scraps of first team games now and then.
Vellios is something similar ,a full season playing every Saturday is absolutely now if he is to develop further.
Garbutt to me looks as if he is very close to being ready now to play first team football,but ,hopefully ,he would be playing second fiddle to Baines and that would stunt his growth.Again I think a season at championship level could mean that in twelve months time the loss of Baines would not be so grevious.
I had hoped that Hallam Hope would by now be showing that he was geeting closer to the first team squad,but that doesn't really seem to be happening.

Not sure on Hope but for me Duffy will be going on loan at the end of the window (if we dont sell Jags/Heitinga).....

Velios has to stay unless we sign another forward because Anichebe is the only backup forward and hes useless.
