Supposed to be great for back pain, problem is I can't even sit down to be able to try.

My backs been bad for yonks, also got shoulder wrist and spine grief. Felt like a new man today.

Of course, the usual alpha male wanna be on here will be too cool for it. (TIGGER)

Had a go on Saturday morning at a festival I was at. At the end of an hour I felt like I'd just played an hour's 5 a side!

I can see why it's good for muscle tone, flexibility, balance and stretching. Doesn't do much for cardiovascular.

I've once did it as part of P-90X, that trendy fitness workout. It was easily the toughest part of the workout in my opinion. I wouldn't mind getting into it, but I don't have the time or patience.

Don't mind the warrior and mountain poses, but downward dog can be a problem if you have back issues.
Yoga though is a peaceful form of exercise for all ages.
