That's not a server error that's just everyone simultaneously logging off when they realise it's Chico o'clock.

If it's at the exact same time, I suspect it's our backup service - which coincidentally I've just this moment been invoiced for...

I don't remember the details, but understood at something like 3AM, the site stops working for a minute or two while a backup is sent to another server so when @roydo or @micknick break the site we don't ever lose more than 24hrs of data/posts.

On a serious note, I'd like to say thank you Danny for running this site. I would say that you are running a service, not just a website. It's a place for people to meet, to belong. I know it is invaluable to a lot of folk on here.

Was on here from 8am until 2.30am, and thought the behaviour was remarkably civilised given what was going on. 450,000 though. And some people think we can't fill a 60,000 seater stadium.
