You haven't watched Fellani lately. Last year and the beginning of this year he struggled. The partnership between Arteta and Fellani just didn't work as each player played better when the other was on the bench/hurt. He's the best DM in the prem right now if he played at say Chelsea or Arsenal he'd be compared to Viera. Thankfully we are just Everton so he's doing it under the radar this year and no one is really talking about how well he's been playing. If he ever leaves Everton he'll be even better too because he'll have less responsibilty in the attacking end and will be able to sit back and destroy all comers. Moyes asks him to do almost everything and he's been coming through.
