This might be taken out of the players hands because of the 3 non-EU player rule that operates in Spain.

...be good if Silva can make a slow player fast and an immobile one mobile.

I'd imagine most players would want to stay at Barcelona. But if they sign another non EU player he wont be able to play for them

Keane is so far behind the pace of the game, he’s just celebrated Rooney lobbing Hart from 50 yards.

Everton have been strongly linked with the 6ft5in Colombian centre half, with Barcelona reported to be want to replace him with Sevilla’s Clément Lenglet. The defender is also likely to find himself surplus to EU regulations, with Barcelona only permitted to use three players from outside the EU and a deal in place to sign Gremio’s Arthur Melo, supplementing South American regulars Philippe Coutinho and Paulinho.

Didn't know they had completed the deal. So he more then likely has to leave so. Will probably have plenty of suitors though
