Pretty much this. I'm not really that annoyed about the all-female thing I think. There aren't 4 (well 3) guys who can hold a candle to the original cast. To insult us with an inferior remake is bad enough. With these four makes it worse. Maybe if they had Tina Fey, or that one off Parks and Recreation. Although I do like Mel McCarthy and enjoyed The Heat, think she's pretty good, but not sure if her schtick really fits this theme.

The Heat was actually pretty funny, wasn't expecting much from it to be honest. But yeah, I feel exactly the same as you do.
