Agree. FDR seriously underestimated Stalin (and overestimated himself) even when he wasn't impaired.

I have a huge collection back in the UK mate, sadly most got left behind at my mums for storage, but theirs some fantastically insightful books on the era

I've just started my collection myself, so I just own 12 books written by the soldiers from Band of Brothers and Stephen Ambrose, and a magazine full of photos. I also really like reading about great nature and expeditions, but that's off topic.

Im on a training course at the moment and just found out the the pub I have ben using is the one that Churchill and Eisenhower were having a bevvy in when they gave D-Day the go ahead. Next week I'm getting a personal visit to the room where the original invasion map is held. Well made up.
