I smoke on average a 10 bud a day, 10 x 365 = £3650 per year, 20% of that is £730 a year, that's a fat amount of tax for one smoker alone, not to mention how cannabis when not mixed with tobbaco is virtually harmless and thus a lesser danger to my personal health then alcohol and ciggarettes and well your on a winner really.

Obviously weed isn't completely harmless, it has it's derogatory effects but also some positive ones aswell, my family were outraged when they found out i was a pot head and i even got kicked out the house! Fast forward 7 years and nobody even mentions it, moderation is key!

You should judge a country and a people by how they treat their elderly. We **** on ours because they are no longer useful. I can't wait for a political party to actually come along and represent my views.

I read a mad facebooky thing a week or two ago...it suggested placing elderly people who are in care into our prisons instead where they would each recieve 3 meals a day, a shower or bath every day, heat, light. a TV and sky in their rooms , fresh clean bedding and 24hours supervision with free health care and a 24 hour a day on call medical team ...all for nothing...and then place our prisoners in an old folks home where they may get one warm cooked meal a day, medical attaention when available, clean bedding when staff levels allowed it, a shower or bath maybe once a week...and all the other sh1tty things that go along with being in a home,,and then get their families to pay around 800 pound a week for the privelage. Seems simple to me like.

Care for elderly really should be such a priority, but it's not.

I know exactly how hard it's been for home care to get sorted for my Nain & Taid, firstly how LONG it's taken to sort out, and secondly how unorganised it is. Luckily they get a certain amount free as they live in Scotland but nobody of that age should have to pay for care, they really shouldn't. It literally is BEYOND me how anyone can even reason as to why elderly people should have to pay for someone to help them.
