So the time is nearly upon us, and as requested here is the thread devoted entirely to the Showcase of the Immortals......Wrestlemania.
Now i've been looking forward to this for a while, so let's look at the matches, and i'll make my predictions and then you can too....
Womens Lamo Crap Match

Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos Vs. Beth Phoenix & Eve -
First off...Who the hell is Maria Menounos?! Secondly Kelly Kelly is so entirely fit. Eve is a right **** too. Anyway, who really cares who wins this?
Winner: Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos
Randy Orton Vs. Kane

Feel like this whole story has been rushed a bit, but they have put on good matches in the past so no reason why they won't here.
Winner: Randy Orton
Team Teddy (Santino Marella, Great Khali, Booker T, R-Truth, Zack Ryder and Kofi Kingston) Vs. Team Johnny (The Miz, Drew MacIntyre, Dolph Ziggler, David Ortunga, Mark Henry and Jack Swagger)

I wish this was a Money In The Bank match but actually started to enjoy this story after a while. On a side note, isn't it funny how the mysterious anonymous General Manager of Raw just vanished with no explanation....anyway, shame Christian injured himself, but a great chance for Drew to show up here. The teams are badly one sided towards Team Johnny, but I can only see Team Teddy scoring the popular win. Probably with Santino getting the pin.

I hate Cody Rhodes, I mean really hate. No idea why. But I do. I have enjoyed his taking the piss out of Show's mania moments though!! Not 100% sure on a winner here....I'll go for....

I know Sheamus is a kopite, but he's actually a damn fine wrestler. Bryan has struggled IMO to act the heel, but some of his put downs to AJ have been ace. Sadly i think his time as champ is over.

Very excited here. I feel this match has not got the attention it deserves, what with the 2 matches yet to preview, but this may well steal the show. Both know how to put on a top match and this will not dissappoint. I like both so don't mind who wins. Punk has been champion a while. With that in mind....

HHH Vs. The Undertaker - Special Guest Referee HBK Shaun Michaels
Will 'Taker lose his streak finally? Well no, probably not. But they have put that seed if doubt in my head again like they do every year. Now we can be pretty sure that HBK will be involved in the decision somewhere, but i have no clue which way he will go. But it's hard to see 'Taker losing....ever. Won't be end of an era like they keep saying though!

The Rock Vs. John Cena
It's hard to beleive a year has gone by since they announced this match the night after last years Wrestlemania. Time has really flown. Fact is I actually think they've built this up pretty well. Rock is never gonna be there week in week out, deal with it. Cena is never gonna win over real wrestling fans, deal with it. However, I have a hint that this has got a little more personal than they are letting it show. I think they actually do dislike each other which gives this an extra twist. All jokes aside, this should be incredible. I do not, i repeat, DO NOT, want hand shakes at the end of this whoever is the winner.
Who will win? I really think Rock will. I'm badly biased though, and in reality Cena has just as much chance. But my feeling is, Rock wins here, then they meet again in a sequel and they give Cena the win. I'm OK with that. This match had better be as good as i'm expecting it to be.

I'm sure there will be more goings on elsewhere during the night, Mae Young might get her saggy baps out again, AJ might get naked just for me, either way it's looking good. Not the best, but it'll be good.
