By the last years of her life she was pretty badly afflicted by Parkinson's Disease and typically had a bad case of the shakes. Would've made it difficult to land a clean blow. I guess that's why I always just used pepper spray instead.

You’ve just got to go round to her house, give her a right hook (80% at least) then leave, then deal with the upcoming family fallout

Can swap out Nan for Mum or daughter or whatever applies.
