He looks like he trying to play a position he is told too, I know that sounds strange, but for England he looked free, and everything was quick and instinctive.

He is weighed down with instructions, that can be dangerous to players that have bags of talent, as you ristrict them or, to use the more common phrase "coaching the talent out of them". Some players need his, like Cahill, Osman, Hibbert, Victor, even Jags to a certain extent, Average players, that have been worked on, to acheive maximun output.
