probably worst when you're not angry anymore ! that happened a few times last season !

I can shrug it off better as I have got older, you realise it's not the end of the world !

I will go to the cinema, walk across to Hilbre Island, or submerge myself in the isolation tank.

100% this. I just felt completely broken after that Leeds match.

The one that always stands out for me was a 4-0 loss at Goodison to Bolton in 2005. Bolton ffs! Stayed to the end aswell, not sure why.
