Zagreb for me, the locals hated me but probably because I was in the army at the time. City has far too many little Ghettos that are defo no go areas.
Shame really because it is actually a pretty city.

LA -- simply not that interesting

Lima , Peru . Scarey part of the world , covered in thick cloud most of the year , nothing there but pickpockets !

Not a city, but Katoomba Town (Australia) when I visited it in 2006 was a strange experience to say the least.
