world cup boycott to save football

I'm going to organise my own world cup. Few changes to the rules though:

1) No seeding (because seeding = fixing)
2) Go back to the old offisde rule (because the new one is rubbish)
3) A panel will review any simulation incidents after each game and bans will be issued where appropriate.
4) All goalkeepers must wear flat caps (as requested by @ste d' indica )

Any help much appreciated.

4+, and knitted gloves......

I don't get how the english season in gonna happen. Gonna have to stop with enough time for rest and training before the World Cup starts then they'll play intensively for the whole tournament and need rest afterwards. That's probably about 2 months total over the busiest period of the english competitions. That's without thinking about cup games.

won't be a problem because they'll all be playing in my world cup instead which is held in the summer.

Quite right sir, quite right. Bloody good show.

If the FA boycotts it then all of their non-English Premier League superstars -- that is to say, all of their Premier League superstars -- will move to Spain, Italy, Germany, France etc. They know this.

The whole FIFA vs FA thing is like watching two turds of differing consistency swirl around in the same toilet bowl; at the end of the day, they both stink and I have better things to do with my life than watch them slap each other around.
