Should England boycott the World Cup in Russia,and if need be,in Quatar.
Someone has to make a stand against a corrupt FIFA.
If England start the ball rolling maybe we can get Germany,France etc to join in a boycott.
Perhaps UEFA could run it....We must get Blatter out.
