Just brilliant. Me the only one wondering how we make sure these 2 squads develop over the next few years?

No you're not. Some people who are running the game have set this in motion and should be applauded. However there are enough of the other people who run the game in England who could find a way to mess it up.

he is so talented. he has everything to be a top player for us. hes a city fan from stockport as well. if he doesnt make it at city or doesnt get a chance we may swell give up with our academy. some great youngsters coming through atm, i think davies for you can get to the very top as well, he looks class. certain players you can just see that they have it.

I wouldn't worry if I were you mate. Guardiola knows what you've got there and will give him a platform to develop.

I know what you mean mate. Many years of bitter experience of watching the full England team tempers my optimism with regards to these lads.

Can't help thinking there's something in 'the English game' which will have turned them into inept bottlers and hoof merchants by the time they're 24.
