How many teams are going from Europe? Will all 2nd place teams have to play in a playoff? Group 9 also has only 5 teams if determining who gets to go to playoffs how would they calclate points?

England has got a tough group if only the winners are going in.

Scotland is stuck in a tough group again. There are no matches that would result in automatic 3 pts in Group 9.

there is a runner up system somewhere, international coeificcients (definate spelling mistake!) and highest placed runners up systems to be in play.

dont worry, even if england finish last there will be some excuse to see them limp to the finals.
