So who's taken to working from home this week?

I've been home since Tuesday with the ability to log in to my company's network from home but productivity has definitely dropped to around 10%. As long as I give the mouse a wiggle every now and then, send an e-mail every couple of hours and make a phone call once a day then it looks like I'm working. Yesterday I intended to pop out for half an hour for lunch and didn't get back until 3pm.

I guess I can get away with it for a week or 2 but if the kids aren't back in school and nursery until September (I have 3 kids) then I think someone is going to notice how little work is getting done by anyone working from home.

Also, the wife is at home as well so 'working from home wanks' are severely limited.

Ive been working from home now for 10. I live in a 2 bed apartment and have a 3 month and 22 month old which is a disaster. Been looked in my room trying to work were possible but its so hard

Will be a many weeks before I can go back in the office too.

I've been working from home since last Friday. Loving it so far. My productivity is only marginally lower than the already-low in-office level so no biggy really. Very relaxing to not have to go into the office and cross path with various stress causing bellends.

It's looking like everyone where I work will be doing this till at least the end of April, my boss speculating well into May too. It might start getting to me at some point but enjoying it so far. More concerned about the hit my social is going to take TBH.

Starting next week. Live out in the sticks so used to a bit isolation. Probs go mental after a few weeks though I reckon. Looking forward to it

Worked from home for the past 12 years. I totally get the isolation thing. I tend to wander down the town most days and grab a coffee or go for a pint just to be amongst other humans.

Thing is I work for a US/Global company so they don't usually come on-line till about 3pm, so my day gets very stretched. If I was working in an office I would be well hacked if I had to log back on after travelling home. As it is I'm busy 8-11am then quiet from about 11am - 3pm then busy from 3pm - 8pm.

Also I dont miss the daily commutes - that would do my nut in.
